Our Mission
The Colorado Women’s Chamber Foundation works collaboratively by driving change in the workplace to ensure women today and of all generations ahead have the support and mentorship to experience equity in achieving access to career growth opportunities.
Our Story
The Colorado Women’s Chamber Foundation (CWCF) exists to create meaningful and sustainable change in our workplace culture through the development and growth of women leaders and women-owned businesses in all industries in Colorado.
The Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce developed the Foundation in hopes of inspiring more leaders and individuals to create meaningful change and drive action for gender equity in the workplace. We strive to be a change-agent organization that sets the pace, raises the bar, and collaborates with all parties to get this work done. We don’t seek to tell the community what’s not working. Instead, we provide guidance on how to fix the problem with a new pathway to enduring change.

Our Connection to the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce
As the 501(c)3 arm of the CWCC, CWCF is focused on thought-leadership, innovation, leadership development, gender-equity programming and business and career growth for women. Our partnership with the CWCC provides the Foundation with access to their network and membership, connects us to their programs that develop community, supports local businesses and helps us advocate for issues that directly impact women and the workplace. The CWCF is the learning, education and think-tank arm of the CWCC, while the CWCC is the community that supports, inspires and empowers.
